ROBOTC for MINDSTORMS 2.25.1 BETA

The ROBOTC for MINDSTORMS 2.25.1 BETA maintenance release is also available, and
contains bug fixes and small functionality changes. ROBOTC for MINDSTORMS 2.02
users don't even need to uninstall to apply this upgrade; the installer will
handle the whole process. Users of older versions must first uninstall as usual.
